Refund policy

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

• Make a parcel opening video of the saree with packing slip clearly visible.
• Tell us if you want to return or exchange on same day of parcel delivery through email (kanhasareesudaipur@gmail.com) or whatsapp on 918949475101
• Return courier will be done by you to our address within 3 days of parcel delivery -

• Send us the tracking id once you do the courier.

• Once we recieve the product we will check and then initiate refund in 3 business days. (Only product amount will be refunded)

• If you want to exchange, select other product. We will send you other product once we recieve older one
